| message | I am interested in the entry requirements for the QLTS for non-law graduates. Specifically, I have a Masters in Political Theory and prior success in academic research, with work published in A rated journals in the Political Theory / Philosophy field. My questions are thus:
- Does the QLTS offer any foundational training for non-law graduates?
- Would a non-law graduate with no prior knowledge of English law struggle with the pace of the SQE preparatory courses?
- If not, and with an eye on the substantial cost of the SQE exams, would this not place a non-law graduate on your programmes at a significant disadvantage when taking the SQE exams, compared to someone with a foundational legal knowledge.
Many thanks for you time responding to my query. I would also be happy to arrange a telephone consultation if it is amenable to yourselves.
