message	Hi Hope this email finds you well. I am a law graduate from India (BA LLB) and I am keen to qualify the SQE. I wish to take the QLTS school course to prepare for the SQE, however I am not sure whether I can appear for the SQE. I am currently employed as legal counsel at an European MNC in India with over 8 years PQE. However, as per Indian bar council requirements if a law graduate is employed full time in a company in India then they cannot get registered with Indian bar council. In compliance with the same I do not have an Indian Bar Council Registration. Kindly clarify whether I am eligible appear for the SQE even though I do not have a Bar council registration with the Indian Bar Council? Thanks!
