I'm writing to inquire about the SQE2. I passed MCT in July 2020 and have already signed up for your premium OSCE course (was planning to sit the last April 2022 OSCE). However, due to COVID 19, work and family commitment, I won't be able to travel to England in March/April as originally planned.
I plan take SQE2 in Oct and I'm wondering if I could continue to use the premium OSCE course that I have already signed up for as SQE2 preparation until Oct since it overlaps with SQE2. I have not used the 4 mock interview stations yet.
Also, I'm wondering about the QWE for SQE route - I'm a foreign qualified lawyer (admitted to New York State Bar since 2020) but I do not have a 2-year working experience. My understanding is that I do no need to fulfill the 2-year QWE in order to qualify as a solicitor under the SQE route, is that correct?
