I appear to be having issues again with being able to log into my account, I had reported this previously and was given a temporary code to get access, but again on attempting to log in today it has presented me with the request to use the verification and such verification emails are not reaching my mail box (neither in spam, junk or any filtered emails).
Could I please be given a temporary code to access my account and can this issue around not receiving the verification emails also get looked into as I would like to avoid this becoming a regular occurrence for getting access to my course that I have paid for.
