Hi,
I am contacting you in hopes of getting some more guidance on the QWE required as part of qualifying as a solicitor.
I’ve recently started a full time role as a Legal and Compliance Executive at an investment bank and my role covers around 50% of legal matters (drafting agreements, contacting clients) and the other 50% is compliance matters. I was wondering if this role would count as QWE and 2 years would be enough or in this case I would need to work for 4 years in order to obtain 2 full years of solely legal experience?
