I completed my LPC / LLM at BPP University London in 2020, after graduating from Kent with a LLB in 2019. I have a settled status in the UK, however during covid (2020), and applying to several training contracts, I moved back home to Switzerland and found a job as legal expert/advisor there. I have been working there for a year now, but wonder if it is possible to still qualify as a solicitor in the UK but by only sitting the SQE 2, if of course, the work I do now, cab be considered as 'qualified work experience'. I would appreciate some more information regarding this.
